POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for managing the complete order process from customer inquiry, sample development, quotation and costing, material follow-up, production progress, quality control, to shipment. The role requires close communication and coordination with customers and internal factory departments (sample room, purchasing, production, quality control, logistics/shipping) to ensure orders are completed on time, meeting customer standards in quality, cost, and compliance.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- WORKING TIME: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- WORKING DAYS: Monday – Saturday
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer inquiries and quotations for European and American markets.
- Coordinate sample development and approvals.
- Track orders and follow up on main and accessory material purchasing.
- Monitor production processes and ensure quality control.
- Maintain ERP system operations and order documentation.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- University graduate or Bachelor’s degree or above (Textile/Garment/Business-related majors preferred).
- More than 5 years of foreign trade experience.
- Professional communication in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Excel (order tracking, costing sheets, reports).
- Skilled in email and communication tools.
- Familiarity with ERP/order system is preferred.
