Job Description
– Review MEP drawing from agencies, and revise if necessary.
– Create MEP drawing
– Set up specification for MEP materials.
– Do MEP cost estimation for future projects.
– Plan and monitor MEP work progress.
– Source qualified sub-contractors, and other external agencies.
– Assist QS & Purchase Officer in planning MEP material, and scheduling.
– Assist construction manager in MEP cost saving.
– Assist QS and review Bill of Quantities for MEP work.
– Consult site engineer in solving MEP site issues.
– Daily update and report MEP site issues and progress to manager.
– Other tasks to be assigned by manager.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor Degree in any related fields.
– Minimum two-year experience in related fields.
– Good command of reading, writing and speaking English is a plus.
– Proficiency in Computer Skills (MS Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and others).
– Ability to communicate and negotiate with sub-contractors.
– Demonstrate positive and flexible attitude and high commitment.
