Position Summary
We are seeking 40 motivated Medical Representatives to join a leading multinational healthcare company. The role focuses on promoting pharmaceutical products and medical devices to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving business growth through effective communication and market awareness.
Key Responsibilities

Product Promotion & Sales
- Promote the company’s medical and device products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Schedule appointments and conduct effective product presentations to target customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of assigned products and their market performance.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital stakeholders.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

Market Research & Strategy
- Research competitors’ products and market trends to support business strategy.
- Keep updated with new developments in the medical field.
- Prepare reports and presentations on sales progress and market opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven track record in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- High level of resilience, persuasion, and customer service focus.
Priority:
- Understanding of Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Urology, OTC, Neurology, and Diabetology products.
- Established relationships with doctors in Cambodia’s provincial areas.
- Ability to persuade healthcare professionals to adopt company products.
