Job Description
– Support building and Implementing marketing cycle plan activities and making sure to align with key stakeholders and customer satisfaction.
– Recommends, develops, and implements effective marketing plans and budgets for generating event revenues.
– Support project evaluation and improve key learning and successes
– Works with stakeholders such as event staff, sales teams, and customers (Book banquet and catering functions, as well as the planning, merchandising, and execution planning activities.
– Administers all phases of the event department, including but not limited to sales, planning, marketing, servicing, and administrative procedures.
– Coaches and counsels employees to reflect company service standards and procedures.
– Responsible for managing POSM and marketing warehousing
– Working with Sales support to align and sign event agreements before events or activities start.
– Support and work with suppliers or marketing agencies to make sure POSM/artwork/production are well executed in the market by following brand guidelines.
– Location checking to propose installing the company branding in a different area
Job Requirement
– From 3+ years’ experience in Field (Wine, Beverage industry)
– At least have bachelor degree relate to Sales/Marketing or IBM or Business administration or Accounting
– English proficiency level: read/write/communicate
– Microsoft word excel power point, PDF, CRM and sales software
– Excellent customer service and sales skill
– Good negotiation and problem solving
– Good at mathematics
