Job Description
– Maximize brand visibility to drive more sale for all 5 brands.
– Develop and execute marketing strategies through integrated marketing channels (ATL/ BTL/ TTL).
– Create digital marketing campaigns-website and social media strategies including Facebook/ Instagram, AdWords, YouTube, SEO & SEM and other 3rd Party sites.
– Manage e-commerce website with the online sale team including promotion, content creation, data entry, product description, and transaction record.
– Analyze conversion funnel and report audience information and segmentation as well as the success of social media paid ads for marketing leads and conversion rate.
– Maximize Online to Offline (020) conversion through effective customer journeys and sales processes.
– Manage influencer marketing campaign execution and strategies from start to finish.
– Lead the new product launching calendar by developing influencer media and strategic content plans.
– Communicate with board management and Brand’s principles, including marketing strategies, annual marketing plan, and budget allocation.
– Coordinate with the general manager and brand manager to work on business plans.
– Monitor brand touch points such as visual merchandising, customer experience, sales staff, and store activation campaigns.
– Analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to identify market opportunities for each brand.
– Organize the events such as roadshow, fashion show, and press presentation.
– Lead and coach marketing team including workloads, schedule, timeline, and self-improvement.
– Create the marketing materials, write and generate contents both Khmer and English for press media
– Lead media production such as photo and video shooting, catalogues, promotion materials.
Job Requirement
– Proven experience in digital and marketing or similar role
– Understanding of marketing concepts and best practices
– Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns
– Enthusiasm attitude and willing to learn new things
– Honest, Flexible, Smart, Fast learner, Ability to quickly adapt to change
– Understanding of public relations, good communication and interpersonal skills— professional communication skills.
– Master/Bachelor’s Degree or in Computer Science/Business Administration/Communication Arts or related disciplines.
– 3-5 years of direct experience in marketing especially for Digital Content/social media.
– Able to use Photoshop, AI, and In-design
– Able to work independently
– Hard-working, motivated and goal-driven/desire to exceed goals
– Team player, dynamic and mature with positive attitude
– Fair-good written English
