POSITION SUMMARY
Kohnan Cambodia is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies that showcase new lifestyles using Kohnan products. This senior-level position focuses on creating engaging video content, managing social media channels, live commerce, workshops, and customer engagement events. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, live commerce, and brand promotion, with a passion for retail growth and customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SNS (Social Media Marketing)

  • Develop and manage social media strategies across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) to promote products, campaigns, and store events.
  • Analyze engagement, follower growth, and ad performance to optimize future content.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure consistent brand identity.

Live Stream Marketing

  • Plan and execute live streaming sessions to promote products, highlight promotions, and engage customers in real time.
  • Prepare scripts, flow, and talking points for live hosts.
  • Coordinate with Sales Manager and store teams to ensure product availability.
  • Track viewer engagement, comments, and conversion rates to evaluate live stream performance.
  • Train staff or hosts to improve on-screen presentation and customer interaction.

Workshops & Customer Engagement Events

  • Plan and design frameworks and guidelines for workshops.
  • Ensure alignment of events with company marketing objectives.

Market & Customer Research

  • Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, competitor activity, and product trends.
  • Manage reports on consumer insights, pricing comparisons, and sales opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign results to measure ROI and recommend improvements.

Planning & Coordination

  • Develop monthly marketing calendars integrating social media, live streams, workshops, and research activities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 4–6 years in marketing, including at least 2 years in managerial or supervisory roles.
  • Experience in short video marketing across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  • Strong online and offline research skills.
  • Experience in high-standard work environments with no legal violations.
  • Advanced English proficiency to work with foreign management.
  • Strong SNS marketing and live commerce experience.

PRIORITY SKILLS

  • Experience in international companies under foreign management.
  • Stable work history (3+ years per previous company).
  • Overseas education preferred.
  • Knowledge of Cambodian video marketing trends.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Retail marketing, brand management, and digital marketing expertise.
  • Innovative, customer-focused, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel.

  • Competitive salary: $1,000 – $1,800, based on experience and qualifications.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Working Days: Monday – Friday; Saturday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
  • Working Hours: Mon–Fri (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), Sat (8:00 AM–12:00 PM)
  • 1.5 days off per week
