Job Description
• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to support product launches, brand positioning, and customer acquisition.
• Manage and monitor digital marketing channels, including social media, website, SEO/SEM, email, and paid ads.
• Work closely with content, design, and product teams to create effective marketing materials and promotional content.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize strategies.
• Support event marketing, PR activities, and partnership opportunities.
• Oversee the production of marketing assets to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Track budgets, timelines, and KPIs, providing regular performance reports to the Director.
• Coordinate with agencies, media, and suppliers to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
• Manage and mentor junior marketing team members, encouraging creativity and accountability.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the tech, digital, or
B2B industry.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and trends.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and design tools is a plus.
• Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
