Position Summary

The Marketing Leader will develop and execute video marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, and YouTube. This role requires hands-on experience in video content creation, editing, and campaign planning, along with leadership skills to guide and develop a marketing team. The successful candidate will drive digital marketing initiatives to enhance CAMUP’s brand visibility and engagement.

Working Conditions

  • Working Hours: 08:00 – 16:15
  • Working Days: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Leadership Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive video marketing strategies across TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, and other social platforms
  • Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve campaign objectives and KPIs
  • Create content calendars and oversee campaign planning and execution
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to create compelling employer branding content

2. Video Production Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms
  • Develop creative concepts and storytelling approaches for recruitment marketing
  • Ensure brand consistency across all video content
  • Stay updated on video marketing trends and platform algorithms
  • Manage video production workflow and maintain content quality standards

3. Team Management Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop marketing team members
  • Assign tasks and monitor team performance
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to team members
  • Quality check all content produced by the team

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in video marketing (Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube) with proven B2C results
  • Technical Skills: Video shooting, editing, and content planning/creation
  • Language: Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Assessment: CamUp App IQ Test score ≥6 points
  • PC Skills: Proficient in video editing software and social media management tools
  • Soft Skills: Leadership, creativity, analytical thinking, communication

Priority:

  • Experience in foreign-affiliated companies or international environments
  • Experience managing foreign team members
  • Proven track record of team leadership
  • Successful video marketing campaigns in B2C industry
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns

Language Requirements

  • English: Advanced
