POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking Marketing Executives to support both offline and digital marketing activities. This role includes planning and running events, sampling booths, and brand promotions, while also creating opportunities to increase brand awareness online. You will coordinate with partners, share product knowledge with target audiences, monitor market trends, and prepare clear event reports. Additional digital marketing tasks may also be assigned.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and manage educational events, sampling booths, and promotions
- Execute events aligned with brand goals
- Support brand activities and ensure brand values are communicated correctly
- Educate target audiences on product knowledge and value
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with agencies and partners to ensure smooth event execution
- Plan marketing activities in advance and ensure compliance with health and safety rules
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve future events
- Prepare and present event reports, including attendance, engagement, and sales results
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 2–3 years of marketing or event management experience in FMCG (beverage industry preferred)
- English proficiency: Good to Advanced
- CamUP IQ test: 6+ points
- Age under 35 years
PRIORITY / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Marketing experience in a beverage company
- Experience working in a foreign company
WORKING CONDITIONS
- 8:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday
- Half-day Saturday
