Job Description
– Involved in the water supply project and understood the project overall for smooth communication. The project term is around 5 years so the company prefers if you can serve for that period together
– Provide technical comments and advice for customers and partners
– Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
– Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
– Provide a proper explanation of the company’s products such as pumping systems, solar pumping solutions, control panels, and other accessories.
– Develop potential customers by planning and organizing marketing promotions.
– Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, and consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel.
– Develop customer staff by providing technical information and training.
– Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing market information and engineering and application trends.
– Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
– Assist the foreign Manager in terms of translation between English and Khmer, communication with ministries or other local authorities
– Reporting tasks to the manager while s/he is out of the country
– Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Job Requirement
– English at an Advanced Level (enough to talk with foreign bosses)
– Bachelor’s degree in Environment Science, Engineering, Mechanical or related field
– 5 years of Engineering experience in handling commercial/residential building projects
– Punctual, honest, and ability to work individually and as a part of a team and work under pressure
– Good attitude and interpersonal and flexible.
Priority
– Work experience under a foreign boss
– Graduates from ITC are highly welcome
– Experience in a similar industry (water pumping is the most preferred)
– Have some knowledge of admin task.
