– Develops marketing strategies to support overall strategies, objectives, and drives for business growth
– Develops feasible operational marketing plans for across business units.
– Sets and monitors marketing goals, objectives or KPIs across business units.
– Works with sales, business development, and other concerned teams to ensure strategies and campaigns are well-executed.
– Designs and drives promotional campaigns, PR, and other tactical marketing efforts across channels.
– Provides support in the design and production of visual marketing tools.
– Provides guidance on a unified approach to customer service, tenants’ requirements, etc. to meet market demands.
– Analyzes market intelligence and adjusts or improves strategies as needed.
– Builds a highly capable team of marketing professionals across business units.
– Creates a solid network of strategic partnerships, reviews and manages marketing content.
– Manage marketing budget.
Job Requirement
– MA/BA in marketing, advertising, business management or a related field.
– Good knowledge of CRM and digital marketing
– Good knowledge of marketing intelligence analysis
– 8 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing management and business development.
– Possesses extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
– Possesses excellent project management abilities.
– Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Possesses excellent organizational skills and strategic planning abilities.
– Possesses strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
