Job Description
– Operations: Product packaging, inventory management, coordinating deliveries and returns, and processing payments.
– Administration: Completing daily task sheets, maintaining order records, tracking weekly order volumes, and updating customer profiles.
– Social Media Management: Creating posts, stories and videos for social platforms, and editing content.
– Customer Service: Providing support to meet customer needs and responding to customer inquiries.
– Reporting: Submitting timely reports on operations and performance to the relevant managers.
– Other tasks assigned by the manager.

– Advanced English to communicate with Japanese manager
– Cheerful character and Good communication skill
– Fresh graduate or university student is acceptable
– Ability to work alone and self-motivated
– Interested in creating contents on SNS (FB, Instagram, or TikTok)
– Problem-solving and Troubleshooting skill
– Understand a start-up company
