Job Description
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand vision.
• Lead and manage all functions within the Marketing Center including brand, digital marketing, content, creative, PR, and market research.
• Drive market intelligence efforts to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
• Build brand awareness and positioning through innovative campaigns and consistent messaging.
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and business units to align go-to-market strategies and product launches.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives across web, SEO, paid media, social media, and CRM to ensure measurable growth.
• Establish clear KPIs and dashboards to measure marketing ROI and optimize performance.
• Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and external partnerships.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (Master’s
degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a
management leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and customer acquisition.
• Proven track record of leading strategic campaigns and building scalable marketing
systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working in the tech, digital, or B2B industry is a strong advantage.
• Creative mindset with analytical capabilities and business acumen.
