Position Summary
This is a key manufacturing position during the start-up phase of Mizuno’s new factory in Cambodia.
The Manufacturing Manager will oversee production operations, learn manufacturing techniques from Chinese engineers, and gradually lead the factory independently.
This role is critical to ensuring smooth technology transfer and building a self-sufficient local production team.

Job Description
- Learn manufacturing techniques and know-how for hard baseball production from Chinese engineers (through an interpreter)
- Transfer acquired skills to local staff and supervise their work (in Khmer)
- Manage and operate production lines efficiently to meet production schedules and quality standards
- Oversee raw material management, inventory, and production processes
- Develop, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identify and resolve operational issues and support continuous process improvement
- Coordinate with senior management and technical teams regarding production status and challenges
- Ensure smooth daily operations, workplace safety, and compliance with labor regulations
Required Skills
- More than 8 years of experience in manufacturing, including production line management and quality control
- Able to work in PPSEZ
- Able to speak Khmer and Chinese at a good level
- Strong willingness and ability to learn technical skills from Chinese engineers and transfer them to local staff
- Strong leadership and communication skills
