POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Managing Supervisor (Japanese Speaker) who will play a key role in establishing and growing our Cambodian subsidiary.
Initially, you will support the company setup and store launch, then develop into a leadership role, managing daily operations and staff as a core member of the Cambodia team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support company establishment and the launch of new store operations.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise store staff.
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Manage customer service standards, ensuring professional and transparent client experiences.
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and monitor performance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between head office and local stores.
  • Contribute to problem-solving, performance improvement, and business growth.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Japanese managers and other overseas branches.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Japanese proficiency at advanced level (JLPT N2 or above).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Willingness to learn the business model and grow into a management role.

Priority Considerations:

  • English proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Interest in fashion, luxury goods, resale business, or Japanese culture.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality).
  • Female candidates encouraged, as many of our global branches have female team leaders.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Japanese: Advanced (JLPT N2–N1)
  • English: Good level prefered

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Working Hours: 10:00 – 22:00 (shift schedule, 8 hours/day)
  • Lunch Break: 1 hour (12:00–13:00 or 13:00–14:00)
  • Working Days: Monday–Friday (may include weekends depending on store operations)
