The Managing Director will lead Suofeiya Cambodia’s business operations, driving growth, sales, and market development, while overseeing project delivery and working closely with product development and design teams to deliver high-end furniture and tailored solutions that meet market needs.

Job Requirements
Job Description:
-Lead overall business operations and drive growth strategy for Suofeiya Cambodia in the home decor and furniture sector
-Develop and expand business opportunities with property developers, architects, and design firms
-Oversee project execution from design coordination to installation, ensuring quality, timeline, and cost control
-Collaborate closely with product development and design teams to ensure solutions meet market and client needs
-Lead key client negotiations including pricing, contracts, and payment terms
-Manage and develop the local team across sales and project functions to achieve business targets
-Monitor market trends and competitors, and provide strategic recommendations for business growth

Required Skills:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
-3–5+ years of experience in home decor, furniture, or project-based solutions
-Strong knowledge of furniture product development and B2B project sales
-Experience working with product development and design teams
-Strong negotiation, leadership, and project management skills
-Good market understanding and strategic thinking ability
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Strong proficiency in English and Chinese
