Job Description
– Prepare recruiting information in Khmer language
– Assist in the preparation of applications to the Ministry of Labor, the Japanese Immigration Bureau, the Japanese Embassy, etc.
– Responsible for tasks related to the reception of the school answering phone calls inquiring about technical training
– Responsible for the smooth business operations of the Company
– Works and follows up closely with all department managers to ensure the team workforce is strengthened and problems is fixed
– Plan recruiting candidates and work accordingly
– Plan to education system and proceed with it with other staffs
– Organize interview with trainees by accepting company.
– Report to upper management and other jobs mentioned above
– Other jobs are assigned by top management
Job Requirement
– N2 level in Japanese
– Admin experience such as documentation in Japanese
– Working experience with Japanese
– Working experience managing or working with 4~5 staff of department
– Strong leadership to lead and manage the team
– Eager to try new things and willing to approach to new field
Priority
– Masters degree or bachelors degree in business or related field
– Management experience is preferred
– Work experience in a Japanese company, especially in same industry(sending agency).
