Job Description
Job Description: • Organizes and facilitates monthly Product Development planning, cycle planning, demand planning to enhance flawless execution of programs and activities
• Shoulders Operational Planning, Supply Planning to deliver operational excellence and sufficient supply in order to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction and win loyalty
• Coordinates Financial Review and Business review to ensure effective corporate governances, delivery of company plan target, mange deviation to plan, escalate and mitigate exception and sensitivity.
• Drives the annual company plan and long-term strategy development processes to deliver company strategic planning effectiveness and ensure long term sustainability.
• Prepares and maintain guidelines and decks, spreadsheets, databases, project documents to make sure all information is well recorded and updated
• Reports on market trends, competitor strategy and performance analysis, the level of achievement of own Service, Product, Sales and Marketing strategy and plans to ensure all relevant management teams are fully informed at all times.
• Collates and analyses data from available systems, sales & services, marketing and financial reports, researches, trade audits and customer, account performance in order to identify markets, services, products, channels, customer clusters weaknesses and opportunities and account priorities; and evaluates their performances in order to provide recommendations and solutions to deliver company objectives.
• Develops, monitors and evaluates both customer and consumer promotions for the priority customer channels, clusters and key accounts on time and within budget in order to maximize the return on investment and ensure adequate levels of customer and consumer participation. Provides analysis of campaign performance reports at the end of campaign, with results, key outcomes and learnings.
• Manages and controls Research and market tracking activities in the most effective and efficient way to obtain best possible results through correct methodologies, specified research limitations and clarity of how-to in accordance with best practice.
• Collaborates with relevant stakeholders in ensuring accurate representation of the company and maintenance high level of business integrity in the industry and ensure compliance with legislation and internal policy.
• Keeps the team abreast of changes in the industry inclusive of legislations, regulations and ensures that all Planning and Insight activities and transactions are in legal compliance.
Job Requirement
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably Business Statistics or Information Management.
• The equivalent of the same in practical experience is also acceptable.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, with 3 years in management roles.
• Possess good computer skill, being proficient in Digital Social Apps, Advance Ms. Excel, Ms. Outlook, and PowerPoint, which will all be necessary for the effective performance of the creation of reports, proposals and recommendations. Advanced skills of analytic tools, programming and other software is a plus.
• Strategic thinking, effective in handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines, be results and detail oriented, be self-starter, be proactive, going beyond the call of duty, be a person of high integrity, be comfortable working in a highly collaborative setting, has an ability to learn and adapt quickly, has exceptionally good problem-solving skills, be an outspoken and comfortable in dealing with partners.
