– Management 400 workers
– Join the meeting of labor union with Japanese management
– Internal HR
– General admin task in office
– Translate between Khmer and Japanese during meeting
– Visit factory to manage order if needed
– Communicate with Japanese client
– Handle and solve the problem
– Make reports of proceeding clothe inspection to the Japanese manager.
Job Requirement
– Able to management and leadership skills to manage and lead a local staff of 400 people.
– Can negotiate with the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Taxation, and labor unions.
– Able to speak and write Japanese N2 level
– Able to translate between Japanese and Khmer
– Able to use Microsoft office (Excel, Word)
– Able to work long term
– Have a responsibility of job
– Polite, cleanliness, punctual, non-smoker
