POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager, HR and Admin’s main responsibility is to enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. This role is responsible for maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions within the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Workforce Planning: Coordinate HR planning, discuss resource needs with Heads of Departments, and finalize recruitment results.
  • Performance Management: Manage the staff performance process, including collecting feedback, preparing assessment reports for leadership review, and facilitating promotion/progression announcements.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll and NSSF computation. Monitor market trends to advise the CEO on salary reviews, bonus schemes, and insurance plans.
  • Policy & Compliance: Draft, develop, and ensure the implementation of company policies. Ensure full compliance with Cambodian Labor Law and handle employment contracts.
  • Training & Development: Collaborate with department heads to organize strategic training and development programs.
  • Admin & Operations: Oversee general office operations and verify operational expenses.
  • Organizational Structure: Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Technical Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resource/Admin Management role.
  • Legal Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and its practical implementation.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.

  • Interpersonal: Competence to build and manage effective relationships at all levels of the company.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Good to Advanced proficiency in English.
