Job Description

– Prepare documents required for import/export such as import/export declarations, invoices, packing lists, etc.
– Coordinate export-related procedures such as export license applications, customs clearance procedures, etc. and communicate with headquarters
– Comply with laws and regulations regarding import/export, respond to any changes and troubleshoot problems
– Managing Information regarding import/export and delivery dates
– Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock for production needs, and optimizing storage space.
– Accurately record and manage transaction information related to imports and exports
– Identifying areas for improvement in logistics processes, such as reducing transportation costs or optimizing inventory management
– Other tasks assigned by Management.

Job Requirement

– Bachelor’s Degree
– 3-5 years of experience in Logistics operation positions, especially in a garment factory or similar manufacturing environment preferred
– Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and internal production sites to avoid any delivery delays
– Understanding of warehouse management, transportation, and inventory control.
– Able to use English at a good to advanced level (enough to communicate with Japanese managers)
– Advanced Computer skill Word, Excel, internet and email.

Benefit

– 1-2 years of experience in a garment factory or similar manufacturing environment is preferred
– Able to speak English more than Good level
– Experience working in a Japanese company
– Live in or the hometown is Svay Rieng province
– Able to use Vietnamese is an advantage
– Familiarity with logistics software or AI, ChatGPT system etc. (warehouse management systems (WMS) and other logistics software preferred).
