Job Description

– Improvement of loading efficiency of import containers
– Optimization of export frequency
– Creation and management of master lists for multiple QIPs
– Understand inventory types and quantities
– Organize storage areas and manage their arrangement to ensure proper loading and unloading
– Adjust schedules and prepare for receiving based on the schedule of incoming shipments
– Manage and check delivery of raw materials to the other site or quality inspection
– Compile shipping data so that staff can efficiently keep track of inventory and schedules
– Coordinates the time for trucks, etc., to load and ship
– Compile data on the history of incoming and outgoing shipments
– Perform maintenance of management system
– Correspondence and liaison with manufacturing processes, maintenance machinery
– Establish operations that can respond to sudden manufacturing changes
– Smooth handling of schedule changes and loading/unloading
– Liaison with external parties and reporting to superiors when problems occur.

Job Requirement

– Able to speak English and Khmer very good level
– Do not be passive, able to work actively and self-motivated
– Strategic planning and solid team player, Creative, forward thinker
– For a Manager level, Coaching and leadership skills is a must
– Able to work at PPSEZ
– Knowledge of QIP (corporate tax exemption, application of special depreciation, import duty exemption, and export duty exemption)
– Able to use Microsoft Office especially Excel
– Minimum of 3 years Logistics or Inventory management Experience
– Working experience in an international company, especially in a Japanese one
– Able to work overtime.

Priority

– Able to speak Japanese is an advantage
– Logistics or Inventory management Experience in a factory
– Working in a large factory.
