Job Description

Inventory & Logistics Management
– Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement and storage of vehicles and parts.
– Ensure timely and efficient deliveries to customers and dealer networks.
– Maintain inventory accuracy and stock level optimization through regular reporting and analysis.

Import Coordination
– Work with customs, tax departments, and relevant authorities to manage import documentation and compliance processes.
– Ensure timely vehicle clearance and delivery to dealers and customers.

Customer Service & Support
– Provide responsive updates throughout the delivery and logistics process.
– Assist in resolving shipment or import-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Dealer Management – Sales & After-Sales Support
– Act as a key point of contact for dealership operations across sales and service departments.
– Support dealers in vehicle allocation planning, stock coordination, and order submissions.
– Monitor dealer sales performance, follow up on monthly targets, and assist with campaign rollouts.
– Coordinate after-sales service support including spare parts stock updates, warranty processing, and service performance feedback.
– Collect and consolidate dealer data for performance tracking, forecasting, and reporting to management.
– Assist in dealer communication, operational issue resolution, and maintaining alignment with company standards.

Administrative & Reporting Support
– Prepare and deliver regular reports on inventory status, dealer activities, and logistics updates.
– Assist supervisors with data analysis and other assignments as required.

Job Requirement

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
– Strong math and Excel skills, with a data-driven mindset.
– English Good to Advanced level (Speaking and Writing)
– Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
– Opened mindset to learn new things

Priority

– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
– 1 year of experience in logistics, dealership operations, or coordination is a plus
– Able to speak Thai and Chinese language.
