Position Summary
The Logistics & Dealer Management Support Officer is an office-based support role focusing on:
- Logistics coordination
- Inventory management
- Dealer support for sales and after-sales operations
This role is ideal for fresh graduates aiming to start a career in logistics or the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory & Logistics Management
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor movement and storage of vehicles and parts
- Ensure timely deliveries to customers and dealer networks
- Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels
2. Import Coordination
- Liaise with customs, tax departments, and authorities for import documentation
- Ensure timely vehicle clearance and delivery
3. Customer Service & Support
- Provide updates during delivery and logistics processes
- Resolve shipment or import-related issues for customer satisfaction
4. Dealer Management – Sales & After-Sales Support
- Serve as point of contact for dealer operations (sales & service)
- Support vehicle allocation, stock coordination, and order processing
- Track dealer performance, follow up on monthly targets, assist campaign rollouts
- Support after-sales service, warranty processing, and spare parts stock updates
5. Administrative & Reporting Support
- Prepare reports on inventory, dealer activities, and logistics updates
- Assist supervisors with data analysis and other assignments
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Experience in logistics or dealership operations is a plus
Skills & Attributes
- English: Good level
- PC Skills, especially Excel
- Female preferred (internal balance)
- Age: up to 26
- Chinese language skills are a plus
