Job Description
– Prepare importing and exporting documents with Logistics agency and suppliers, customers
– Ensure that all documents are properly according to customs requirement
– Ensure spare part and machine quantity is match to the importing documents
– Assist customers and supplier requirement such as quotation, status of stock situation, Issue invoice and arrange the delivery time …
– Make a spare part purchase order to the Head office.
– Control of Inventory, Daily update Stock In, and Out
– Produce Monthly Inventory Report
– Assist teamwork for spare part requisition and follow up the status of spare part situation
– Make daily claim form as customer request and post to CRM system
– Check and follow up claim part with HQ and JS
– Arrange failure part claim to customer
– Daily submitting sales report (indent) to management
– Assist in posting monthly purchase and sales report for monthly tax
– Assist in posting journal entry into accounting system
– Assist of Admin tasks to be assigned by accountant
– Update status of customer order to Branch Manager
– Other tasks to be assigned by Branch Manager.
Job Requirement
– Good Chinese spoken written; other language knowledge a plus
– At least 1-2 year of experience in Logistics field
-Bachelors degree or four-year student of Accounting, Admin, and other relevant skills
– Knowledge using accounting system/similar accounting system
– Good organization and able handle pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Priority
– Have working experience with Chinese
– Have working experience in Garment sector, especially in Chinese company
– Chinese nationality (Overseas Chinese) is better
