Job Description
This position is responsible for management the overall operation and improving services, study environment in the Cambodia branch as a person in charge of Cambodia.
– Manage the overall operation and improve services, studying environment in Cambodia branch
– Set up the internal operation, Japanese teaching program, and interview operations
– Consideration and introduction of measures to attract more students as well as increase the number and quality of students.
– Communicate well and create better corporation with Japanese Head company (Onodera User Run)
– Administration works with the Ministry of Labor, Manpower Association, and other related institutions
– Final check in document works and make sure all the documents are legally proper and there is no error
– Solve problems which are raised from staff in reasonable way
– Other tasks assigned by the Headquarters
Job Requirement
– Able to use Japanese N1 Level
– Working experience in a Japanese company or in Japan for more than 5 years
-Working experience as a Manager position or other similar role enough to operate the overall business in Cambodia
– Able to speak English at least a Good level
– Has a high-committed and strong leadership
– Great interpersonal skills
– Interested in or understand well about their business and keen to improve their business and services in Cambodia
Priority
– Experience in education industry or Japanese technical intern sending organization
– Have business or branch management experience and high management skills
