Position Details

Position Summary:

As a key player-manager, you will drive the sales growth of auto finance products (loans and leases) for Toyota vehicles (new and used)—a market leader in Cambodia—while reinforcing the organizational strength of the loan department.
By maximizing your industry insights and management background in the auto finance sector, you will be expected to forge strong dealer relationships and spearhead the training and KPI management of local loan officers.

Job Requirements

Job Description:

1. Sales Promotion & Partner Relationship Building
Develop Dealer Networks
・Visit official Toyota dealers and partner used-car dealers regularly to build strong relationships with their management.
・Hold training sessions and provide sales support about our loan/lease products for dealer sales staff.

Plan & Execute Sales Strategies:
・Research competitor trends (local banks, microfinance institutions) and their interest rates.
・Plan and run auto-loan campaigns and incentive programs together with dealers.

Close Key Deals:
・Lead direct sales and negotiate terms with large corporate clients (fleet contracts) and VIP customers.

2. Team Management & Local Staff Development
KPI & Performance Management:
・Set and track weekly/monthly sales targets (number of applications, closed deals, loan amounts) for the Loan Officer team.
・Find the causes of underperformance and make improvement plans for team members who miss their targets.

Training & OJT:
・Teach sales skills (e.g., how to approach dealers, customer negotiation) to new and current staff.
・Share knowledge on how to interview customers, collect documents, and check initial credit applications.

Team Building & Motivation:
・Have regular 1-on-1 meetings with local staff to support their career development.
・Create a good working environment to keep staff motivated and reduce turnover.

3. Credit Check Process & Risk Control
Initial Screening & Approval:
・Do a first check on loan applications from your team (KYC, proof of income, ability to repay).
・Approve loans within your limit, and help submit larger loans to top management or the credit department.

Prevent Non-Performing Loans (NPL):
・Analyze trends of high-risk customers or areas to improve our credit check rules.
・Work closely with the Collection team to quickly handle early late payments.

4. Process Improvement & Reporting
Improve Operational Efficiency:
・Review the workflow from loan application to car delivery, and suggest ways to make the process faster and smoother.
・Create regular reports on monthly sales, market trends, and team issues for top management (including reporting in English).

Required Skills:

・At least 5years experience in auto loans in the financial industry.
・Able to speak English Advanced level
・PC Skill (Especially Excel)
・More than 6pts at Camup IQ Test
・Not Job Hopper
Priority:

・Working experience in Japanese company or International company.
・Male candidate (Internal Balance)
Language Requirements:

Advanced English
