Job Description
– Overlooking for new clients and assisting them in application applying process
– Evaluating and interpreting clients’ financial condition to ensure repayment capacity
– Setting and updating loan policy
– Collecting and reporting clients’ detail information
– Verifying and analyzing documents provided by clients
– Monitoring and following up the whole loan process in order to ensure satisfactory of clients and prompt repayment
– Setup and update credit loan policy
– Motivating and pushing loan credit team to meet all targets
– Monitoring performance of loan credit team
– Managing clients relationship
– Work closely with other department
– Strong negotiations with dealers and leasing companies
– Debt collection operations.
Job Requirement
– At least 6 years of experience working in a microfinance institution or bank or in the same industry
– Able to speak English Advanced level (including reading and writing)
– Advance communication and negotiations skill
– Solid understanding of lending procedure.
