Job Description
– Manage and control operations to prevent and dissuade criminal gangs that dishonestly take company vehicles. And push the team Follow up and collect damages to ensure that the collection results meet the specified goals.
– Follow up and control the investigation of facts, personal witnesses, documentary evidence, and various circumstantial witnesses to be used as evidence in prosecuting criminal gangs.
– Follow up and control criminal proceedings against criminal gangs. And approve legal proceedings within the legal statute of limitations
– Follow up on coordination between the team and police officers in arresting criminal gangs according to arrest warrants and court judgments.
– Manage and control the work of Law firms in special cases as assigned.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Accounting, Finance or another related field
– Good command of the English language (Speaking, Writing and Listening).
– Ability to use Thai will be advantage
– Be honest, teamwork, and good communication skills.
– Computer knowledge (Ms. Word, Excel, QuickBooks, Internet & Email).
– Be willing to travel to province sometime
– Has good interpersonal skill
– Able to handle pressure and tight deadline.
