Job Description
• Support the legal team in managing cases involving criminal gangs who dishonestly take company assets, particularly vehicles.
• Assist in the follow-up of recovery operations to ensure successful collection of damages in line with company goals.
• Coordinate debt recovery tasks, including monitoring overdue accounts, and follow up with clients and legal representatives.
• Review and verify legal documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to filing or submission.
• Assist in gathering facts, personal testimonies, and documentary evidence for use in legal proceedings.
• Monitor the progress of criminal and civil litigation to ensure timely actions within the statute of limitations.
• Coordinate with police officers and relevant parties in enforcing arrest warrants and court judgments.
• Follow up and expedite the work of external law firms handling litigation cases to ensure timely and effective legal action.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the legal management team.
Job Requirement
• At least 1–3 years of experience in a legal or debt recovery role.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Good command of English (Speaking, Writing, Listening).
• Knowledge of Thai language is a plus.
• Strong responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email.
• Willing to travel to provinces occasionally.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
