Job Description
– Help members with their lifestyle goals or problems.
– Help members choose the right Membership Packages for them by listening to and then analyzing their goals, availability, budget, and any other limitations
– Check-in with members to ensure all their needs are met to ensure client satisfaction.
– Facilitate in the closing of Membership Sales.
– Meeting monthly memberships sales, calls, and renewal quotas.
– Assist PTs in maintaining communications with members and clients.
– Conduct follow-up calls on cold leads and walk-ins.
– Conduct check-in calls with members nearing renewal dates.
– Regularly collect and analyze member feedback and provide solutions or improvement recommendations.
Job Requirement
– Minimum of 1 Year experience in Sales or closely related fields
– Experience in Customer Service
– Good computer literacy skills
– Good looking & Fit love to exercise.
