Job Description
– Explore and Ability to Successfully Invite Local and Overseas Tenants fill vacant Lots
– Ability to Create up-to-date current trend Concepts and Zoning
– Effectively enhance and develop non-active areas and zones in the Center
– Plan and Implement Tenancy Mix
– Conduct Market Survey to Fit Customer’s Preference
– Control Tenancy Agreements and Related Documents
– Analyze Tenant and Brands Performance
– Communicate and Facilitate Tasks with Tenants
– Perform Duties and Tasks as Assigned
– Report to the General Manager.
Job Requirement
– Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Marketing, Economics, Education, IR or Related Fields
– Working Experiences Relating to Leasing or Other Related Fields is most preferable
– Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
– Good in Analytical Skills and General Knowledge
– Fluent in English and Khmer
– Good Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
– Integrity & Passion
– Be Able to Work with Shift Schedule (including weekends and holidays).
