Job Description
– Plan and Implement Tenancy Mix.
– Monitor Rental Rate.
– Explore and Bring in Local and Overseas Tenants.
– Conduct Market Survey to Fit Customer’s Preferences.
– Ensure Placements of Tenants.
– Control Tenancy Agreements and Related Documents.
– Analyze Tenants’ and Brands Performance.
– Communicate and Facilitate Tasks with Tenants.
– Perform Duties and Tasks as Assigned.
Job Requirement
– Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Marketing, Economics, Education, IR or Related Fields.
– 2 Years onwards of Working Experiences Relating to Leasing or Other Related Fields.
– Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.
– Good in Analytical Skills and General Knowledge.
– Fluent in English and Khmer.
– Good Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Integrity & Passion.
– Be Patient, Creative, Self-motivated, Friendly and Team building.
– Hard Working and Able to Work with Shift Schedule (including weekends and holidays).
