Job Description
– Ensure Placements of Tenants Explore and Bring in Local and Overseas Tenants
– Handle Tenancy Agreements and Related Documents
– Analyze Tenant and Brands Performance
– Communicate with Tenants
– Perform Duties and Tasks as Assigned by Management.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Marketing, Economics, Education, IR or Related fields
– No experience can apply or (1-2 Years of Working Experiences Relating to Leasing or
Related Fields Is A Plus)
– Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
– Good in Analytical Skills and General Knowledge
– Fluent in English and Khmer
– Good Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Integrity & Passion
– Be Patient, Creative, Self-motivated, Friendly, and Team building
– Hard Working and Able to Work with Shift Schedule (including weekends and holidays)
