Develop and manage business relationships with Korean clients in Cambodia by driving insurance sales, providing client support, identifying new business opportunities, and serving as the primary contact between Korean customers and internal teams.

Job Requirements
Job Description:
1. Business Development
-Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Korean business community in Cambodia.
-Build relationships with Korean-owned businesses and achieve assigned sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
-Serve as the main contact for Korean clients and maintain strong relationships.
-Provide insurance consultation and support policy renewals.
3. Insurance Sales & Service Support
-Promote and cross-sell insurance products based on client needs.
-Coordinate with internal teams and assist with policy servicing and claims.
4. Market Intelligence & Compliance
-Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, and proper documentation.

Required Skills:
-Korean Nationality
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
-1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or insurance preferred.
-Korean and English language proficiency required.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-Sales-driven, proactive, and able to work under targets.
-Willing to conduct client visits and networking activities.
