Job Description
– Assist the food operation in the kitchen. Yourself also need to work on food preparation and stocking up etc.
– Maintains and improves food quality, cooking speed and timing
– Develop your own cooking skills while receiving culinary training
– Prepare and clean dishes, wash dishes, etc.
– Work together in the kitchen to ensure that meals are served in order.
– Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
Job Requirement
– Be interested in Japanese food
– Be interested in kitchen operation in a restaurant
– Often cook by themselves
– Basic to Good English skill
– Able to speak Japanese at N4 level
– Strong commitment to the work with high sense of responsibility.
Priority
– Experience in kitchen operation
– Experience of working at a restaurant especially at a standard restaurant
– Able to speak Japanese at N3 level.
