Job Description
– Conduct cold & warm calls to prospective leads
– Find customer referrals
– Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
– Prepare & offer corporate sale tour quotations & agreements for corporate sale customers
– Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers & advise on appropriate corporate sale program
– Coordinate in dealing with corporate sale tour problems with the tour operation team in charge
– Maintain good customer relationships in an effort to extend the customers lifetime value
– Conduct sales skills & knowledge for training to the corporate sales team
– Prepare corporate sale to tour rooming list
– Liaise with the accounting office for tour invoices and follow up on customer payment
– Track all appointments, sales & complaints reports for the manager (weekly & monthly)
– Prepare and manage monthly corporate sale reports and lead the weekly & monthly meetings with corporate sale teams
– Perform other assigned tasks.
Job Requirement
– BA in business administration or related field
– At least 3 years of general sales or related work
– Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel, Outlook
– Ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients
– Ability to communicate well in both written and oral Chinese.
