Job Description
– Keep communication properly with the global account manager regarding customers’ requirements,
– Implement properly the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP),
– Maintain good relationships and monthly/quarterly business reviews with local customers,
– Develop new target accounts and sales leads,
– Handle RFQ for all airfreight, sea freight and other modes,
– Escalate local and global carriers for airfreight, sea freight and cross border transportation modes,
– Build good relationships and monthly/quarterly meetings with related carriers,
– Monitor the profit and loss report,
– Monitor monthly and quarterly forecast reports,
– Monitor monthly reports of the department,
– Other tasks are assigned by the department manager.
Job Requirement
– Proven experience as a key account manager,
– 3-5 years of experience in airfreight, sea freight and cross-border transport,
– Experience in sales and marketing,
– Ability in problem-solving and negotiation,
– Computer skills,
– Good verbal and written communication skills in English
