Job Description
– Leads and oversees all activities of key account team in ensuring proper execution of company plan to deliver objectives
– Supervises sales personnel and ensuring accurate execution of duties. Acts as a mentor to key talents to encourage their professional growth, and to ready them for the succession of higher positions in the future.
– Manages budget processes and produces demand forecasting, sales reports, market intelligent reports in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.
– Builds brand presence through Offline partnerships for branding and acquisition through affiliation and short term promotional events, trade shows, fares, conferences and community events
– Optimizes existing growing customer clusters and continuously tests new and crazy campaigns to uncover untapped potential of the market.
– Additionally, plays a leading role in the optimization of Sales management systems and processes. Handles end to end projects efficiently and timely, based on the budget given.
– Develops and implements annual and seasonal sales strategy, plan and 360 campaign go-to-markets. Monitors and evaluates cycle activities to propose improvement plan and execution, Including *the monitoring of sales progress at all stages from inquiry of quotation to closing and *Meeting key clients to improve market intelligence, to present proposals, to address issues and concerns
– Evaluates and analyses market dynamics, key players’ and key partners’ performances in order to provide recommendations and solutions to further enhance Sales performance. This includes a detailed understanding of customer behavior, utilizing the various tools available to assist in implementing strategy.
– Contributes in the development of overall sales programs in consistent with the customer trading agreements, policies and practices by customer types.
– Contribute in the development of POS, In-store, giveaway and communication materials in order to achieve maximum Brand awareness and imagery within approved budgets and timeline.
– Works closely with other departments to deliver objectives as plan and foster strong team work spirit.
– Works closely across functions and with leadership team to drive Sales initiatives and key customer profitability
– Establishes close working relationships with strategic partners in order to gain high levels of supports and loyalty whilst enhancing understanding of the business environment and industry dynamics.
– Collaborates with relevant stakeholders in ensuring accurate representation of the company and maintenance high level of business integrity in the industry and ensure compliance with legislation and internal policy.
– Provides Market information and reports on performance to ensure that the Head of Sales, Leadership Team and relevant team members are fully informed at all times and take appropriate response actions on a timely basis.
– Keeps the team abreast of changes in the industry inclusive of legislations, regulations and ensures that all Sales transactions across the section are in legal compliance.
– Conducts research and identifies opportunities for business to continue raising the performance bar.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably Tourism and Hospitality Management.
– The equivalent of the same in practical experience is also acceptable.
– At least 3 years of working experience in relevant fields
– Possesses good computer skill, being proficient in Digital Social Apps, Ms. Excel, Ms. Outlook, and PowerPoint, which will all be necessary for the effective performance of the creation of reports, proposals and recommendations.
– Effective in handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines, be result and detail-oriented, be self-starter, be proactive, going beyond the call of duty, be a person of high integrity, be comfortable working in a highly collaborative setting, has an ability to learn and adapt quickly, has exceptionally good problem-solving, selling and negotiation skills, be an outspoken and comfortable in dealing with major clients.
– Exceptionally good communication skill, portraying an ability to influence a cross-functional teams and senior leadership teams as well as stakeholders in a unified direction and with common vision.
