– 3-5 years of work experience
– Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and conversation)
– Basic Japanese language ability or higher
– Good interpersonal skills as a journalist
– Valid driver’s license
– Writing experience in technical media
– Knowledge of infrastructure, energy, healthcare, or agricultural sectors
– Project documentation experience
– Multimedia production skills (photography and video shooting/editing).
