POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assisting one Japanese Factory Manager by translating and interpreting Japanese and supporting tasks related to production management. The role involves collaborating with each department as needed to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
INTERPRETATION & TRANSLATION:
- Assist Japanese manager with interpretation and translation (Khmer ↔ Japanese).
- Work as an interpreter/translator between Japanese and Khmer at the factory and help each department as needed.
- Attend business meetings and communicate via email with the Japan Headquarters.
- Translate documents and support Japanese staff with daily activities.
ADMINISTRATION & PRODUCTION SUPPORT:
- Support admin, production control, and data entry tasks.
- Attend to Japanese staff and Japanese clients as needed.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Able to work in Bavet.
- Japanese language proficiency: N3 minimum (N3~N2 preferred).
- Basic English communication skills.
- PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet, Email).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good English communication skills.
- Resident of Bavet or hometown is Bavet.
- Work experience in a garment factory.
