Job Description
This position will be stationed in the office, and will perform several jobs including translating, sales and administrative duties, including preparing contracts and other documents, making sales and payment information calls, and providing support for branch general affairs operations.
– Japanese Interpretation for sales and collection operations in general
– Management of control system
– Handle deposit processing and basic accounting tasks as needed
– Support Sales department with sales and payment calls to the customers and give cleared information on the phone
– Prepare documents and contracts and other required paper works
– Attend meetings and write minutes (notes) in English
– Do other jobs assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
– Must have a N2 certificate or above
– Able to speak and write in English at good level (ability to make an email and daily conversation)
– Able to use PC (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Outlook)
– Easy to communicate with to be able to cooperate with other staff
– Not job hopper
– Open personality and not hesitate to call the phone
Priority
– Experience from financial industry especially in Micro finance industry
– Experience of Admin or Indoor Sales position
– Studying abroad to Japan or working experience in Japan is better
