Job Description

– Assist Japanese manager with interpretation and translation ( Khmer and Japanese)
– Work as interpreter / translator between Japanese and Khmer at factory
– Attend Japanese staff and Japanese client as needed
– Import/Export tasks: Make and manage the Import/export documentation, import/export schedule adjustment, shipping arrangements
– Production control: Hearing customer’s production plan, preparing work schedule
– Inventory control : Prepare receipt/payment list, inventory control
– Document translation
– Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Job Requirement

– Able to speak Japanese N3 level
– Able to speak in English at a Good or Advanced level
– Computer skill (Word, Excel, internet and email)
– Good at calculation, good at time management, and logical thinking
– Able to work in PPSEZ or if his/her skill is advanced, they will consider working from home (2-3 days work at the office/week)
– No experience can apply.

Priority

– Experience of the manufacturing industry
– Working experience in a Japanese company especially as an Admin/Translator.
