Job Description
– Personal assistant to the Japanese General Manager to attend internal/external meetings.
– To be a translator (Khmer/Japanese) during customer visits.
– Support to making translation for Khmer letters/questionnaires/company memos to Japanese versions.
– Performs business trip arrangements for Japanese members traveling in Cambodia.
– Support to making translation for English/Japanese for internal PowerPoint slide, excel, and word.
– Support Japanese General Manager to draft as email in English
– Follow instructions and take appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
– Another translation/interpretation-related task to be given.
– Other Tasks assigned by managers.
Job Requirement
– Degree in a Foreign Language (Japanese Language) or Administrative discipline.
– Communicating well in Japanese as a priority and English conversation and writing are preferable.
– Preferable with min 1 year and above working experience, fresh graduates are accepted.
– Computer literacy is essential (Microsoft Excel, word & PowerPoint).
– Communicate well in Japanese, English and Khmer language and able to write in
– Good level in English & Japanese.
