Job Description
-Take an order and translate to English or Khmer (or Korean) from the Japanese clients or the group companies in other countries by email
-Manage the proceeding order from passing to the factory to QC, time management, and final check
-Make good relationships with Japanese clients and support the Japanese visitors who come to check QC/PC with the GM.
– Handle and solve the problem as needed
– Make reports of proceeding clothe inspection to the manager-Stock control-Simple Accounting
– Check whether progress is as instructed by the order and whether the quality of the products is satisfactory and report to the head office.
Job Requirement
– Able to speak and write Japanese at around N2 level
– Able to speak English or Korean at least Good level
– Able to use basic PC skill such as email, Word and Excel
– Polite, clean and tidy person (enough to be in charge of customer relations)
– High responsibility and able to work overtime if needed
Priority
– Experience of garment industry and have some knowledge of the technical word in garment sector
– Has some knowledge or experience in Japanese customer relations or order management
– Female
– Able to speak Korean or interested in Korean
– Able to speak Chinese is a plus
