Job Description
– General affairs (payroll calculation, attendance management, other administrative documents creation, etc..)
– Application and documentation of work permits and VISA for expatriates
– Application procedures to government ministries and agencies
– Japanese interpretation and translation of Khmer documents
– Support for various administrative procedures when shipping manufactured goods (shoes and sandals)
– Management of factory facilities and security guards
– Support for booking accommodation and transportation arrangements for business travelers from Japan
– Preparation of report documents to Japan Head Office
Job Requirement
– Bachelor degree holder
– Able to speak N2 or N3-level Japanese (Listening / Speaking)
– Able to read and write good-level English
– Able to use Microsoft Office
– There is no problem in commuting and working in PPSEZ
– Work experience at Japanese company over 3years
Priority
– Preferably a resident near the PPSEZ area
– Interested in factory management
– 25-33 years old (Male/Female)
– Management experience in the manufacturing industry
– Able to speak Chinese (salary will be increased)
