Job Description
【Japanese Translator】
– Interpret between Japanese managers and Cambodian staff (mainly during meetings and daily operations)
– Provide consecutive interpretation for technical instructions and work-related directives
– Translate meeting materials and internal documents (Khmer ⇔ Japanese)
– Assist in translating and drafting emails and communication materials
【HR and General Affairs Support】
– Manage attendance records, working hours, and leave tracking
– Assist in the preparation and updating of employment contracts
– Support onboarding procedures and conduct orientations for new employees
– Communicate and enforce internal rules and workplace policies
– Manage office supplies and assist in organizing internal events
– Provide general administrative support including documentation for labor office reporting.
Job Requirement
– Able to speak Japanese more than N3 level (Including reading and writing)
– Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, email etc.)
– Able to accept a 3-month contract. ※Possible extension
– Able to work in Bavet.
Priority
– HR or Admin experience in a manufacturing factory
– Experience working as a Japanese interpreter in a manufacturing factory
– Hometown is Svay Rieng.
