Position Overview
This position supports Japanese managers across HR, Admin, Marketing, IT, Audit, and Compliance departments by translating and interpreting between Japanese, English, and Khmer. The role ensures smooth communication between Japanese management and local staff, both in daily operations and meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate documents, emails, reports, and business materials between Japanese, English, and Khmer.
- Provide interpretation support during meetings, calls, and business visits.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness in all translations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide administrative support to managers and teams.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Support coordination with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Visit provincial branches or clients for business as needed.
- Other related tasks assigned by managers.
Requirements
- Japanese: N2 minimum (N1 preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Languages, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (can type Khmer).
- Good English (daily conversational level).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Accept company policy: morning cleaning and Saturday work twice per month.
Priority Skills
- Experience as translator, interpreter, or bilingual assistant.
- Experience in finance industry is a plus.
- Age: 20s, both genders.
- N1 certificate preferred.
- Familiarity with financial sector software.
- IQ ≥6/10 (CamUp test).

Additional Notes
- 1-year contract. Early resignation requires 3-month notice or repayment of 3-month salary (first year only).
- Mandatory cleaning every morning (7:00–7:30).
