JOB DESCRIPTION
– Teach Japanese to students who are going to Japan as technical trainees
– Make lesson scripts and develop efficient lesson plans
– Administrative and translating work related to school or sending agency operation
– Report the progress of class to manager
– Motivate trainees to get faster learning Japanese
– Other task assigned by management
– Help to recruit new students as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENT
– Able to speak Japanese higher than N2 level (Salary increase depending on Japanese language qualifications)
– Be interested in a Japanese company
– Be interested in education field
– Willing to learn many things and self-motivated
– Able to make a good relationship with other staff.
PRIORITY
– Has experience of Japanese teacher
– has experience working or studying in Japan.
