Position Summary
We are looking for a Japanese Teacher to educate Cambodian students preparing to work in Japan as technical interns. The role also includes translating administrative documents and assisting with recruitment of new students. There is potential for salary growth and transfer to other departments based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Japanese language to students going to Japan as technical trainees.
- Develop lesson plans and scripts for effective learning.
- Perform administrative and translation tasks related to school or sending agency operations.
- Report class progress to management.
- Motivate trainees for faster and efficient Japanese learning.
- Assist in recruiting new students as needed.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Japanese N2 or higher, including reading and writing.
- Passion for working for Cambodia and supporting Cambodian students.
- Ability to build good relationships with colleagues and students.
- Commitment to long-term employment (not a job hopper).
Priority Qualifications:
- Experience as a Japanese teacher.
- Studying or working experience in Japan.
